Loretta Ishida
Loretta joined NCAT in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing organizational operations and ensuring the impactful implementation of NCAT programs.
She has over 25 years in non-profit project management and administrative leadership experience. Prior to joining NCAT, Loretta served as Head of Global Operational Services at Corus International, an international development and relief organization. In this role, she was instrumental in shaping the organization’s policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring compliance with donor and regulatory requirements while maintaining consistency across operations in over 20 countries. She oversaw procurement, risk management, and office operations and was the hub of many inter-departmental coordination efforts.
After spending much of her career supporting rural agricultural development and health systems and strengthening programs in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, Loretta is delighted to be applying her skills to advance NCAT’s mission of promoting regenerative agriculture and clean energy solutions in the United States.
