Members of the NCAT Gulf States office were honored guests recently for a celebration of food and those who provide it in the Mississippi Delta region.
Gulf States Regional Director Rockiell Woods and Agriculture Specialist Felicia Bell shared in the celebration at the 3rd Annual Harvest Celebration and Awards Gala in Clarksdale, MS, Oct. 24.
The event was held to recognize Delta farm to school leaders and to give out Growing Together Garden Network awards presented by the Delta Fresh Foods Initiative, which hosted the event with WhyHunger.
