The National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) is looking to fill a number of Energy Corps AmeriCorps positions in Montana. This is a great opportunity for a fulfilling service experience while helping to promote clean energy. The current positions cover a wide range of areas related to sustainable energy practices.
The positions are located in Montana, but folks from across the country may apply.
Energy Corps is an initiative of NCAT in cooperation with The Corporation for National and Community Service, which manages AmeriCorps and Senior Corps programs. Energy Corps works in the areas of energy conservation, education, alternative energies, green building and community organizing.
Energy Corps AmeriCorps members provide hands-on energy assistance, energy education and community energy strategic planning and development activities to disadvantaged populations through partnerships with a variety of community volunteers and entities including non-profit organizations, energy agencies, local governments and public institutions.
