Tractor Training in NH

Thank you for your interest in the Tractor Operations, Safety and Maintenance Training on October 8th and 9th at the Inn at East Hill Farm, Troy, New Hampshire. Registration for this 2-day, hands-on training has a limited number of spots. Notification of acceptance will be provided within 5 business days along with payment information. Once accepted, the cost of the training is $50 for the two days, which includes lunch, snacks, and training materials. Lodging arrangements can be made with the Inn at East Hill Farm.

The trainer is Shane LaBrake, who, over the course of the two days, will educate and empower current and future users of agricultural tractors and farm equipment. This class will discuss how tractors are designed to work; how to operate them safely and effectively; and how to perform regular and basic maintenance tasks. Funding for this training is provided through a Specialty Crop Block Grant by the New Hampshire Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food.

Registrants will be notified no later than September 27th, 2019 about the status of their registration.
• Attendees are responsible for their travel to and from the event.
• Registration is first come/first serve for speciality crop growers.
• NCAT reserves the right to select those people it deems would benefit most by this event.
