In 1998, NCAT began an Endowment Fund.  The purpose of this fund is two-fold: to set NCAT on a course toward financial self-sufficiency; and to provide financial and other resources  for community-based projects and organizations whose goals are to enable the poor to become socially and economically self-sufficient.  Special needs supported by this fund may include scholarships, community support, internships, project partnerships, professional training, and education.
